Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our portfolio of personal and corporate clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing diverse client relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing complex tax returns.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including billing, collections, and work-in-progress.
* Collaborate closely with senior management on tax projects and provide technical guidance to team members.
Requirements:
* Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification is essential; an Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
* Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a practice environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
