Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sprayer to join their skilled team.
The Role As a Sprayer, you will work closely with a highly regarded Joinery and Metal Fabrication team, applying your expertise to deliver high-quality finishes across bespoke projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring the workshop maintains its reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Preparing and spraying a wide range of joinery products to the highest standard Ensuring accurate colour matching and smooth finishes Maintaining a clean and efficient spray area Working collaboratively with joiners, fabricators, and workshop staff Upholding all health and safety procedures About You Several years experience as a Sprayer in a joinery, furniture, or similar workshop environment Strong knowledge of spray techniques, finishes, and materials A keen eye for detail with a commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and pride in your work Whats on Offer The opportunity to join a growing business in a new, purpose-built workshop Work alongside a highly skilled team of craftsmen Salary: Above industry standard, dependent on experience Strong career prospects within a company that values its people If youre an experienced Sprayer looking to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and supportive workshop environment, wed love to hear from you.
