Role Summary:
Responsible for administration aspect of work in Quality Department of the pharma industry. You will work closely with our Quality Assurance & Regulatory Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Collaborate with internal teams, including laboratory, support and quality, to ensure excellent customer service.
* Assisting in the development, implementing and managing of QMS
* Ensuring compliance by continuously measuring quality processes and systems and ensuring readiness for internal and external audits
* Proactively identifying and closing out corrective actions to deal with quality issues
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years administration experience, ideally in quality or similar department.
* Excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Capable of taking responsibility for reporting with particular emphasis on strong delivery, attention to detail & timescales
* Excellent ability to analyse and interpret data and pharma language.
* Proven excellent analytical and organisational skills, along with superior oral and written communication
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
