Graduate Electric Engineer

What You'll Be Doing
* Repair and service a range of portable and fixed communications equipment
* Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and ensure timely task completion
* Provide remote technical support to customers via phone and online channels
* Assist on-site with technical installations or project support when needed
* Manage parts inventory and coordinate order processing
What You Bring
* A
Level 8 qualification
in Radio, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical or Control
* Solid technical troubleshooting and repair skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Good PC skills to ECDL standard or higher
* Strong organisational skills with a proactive and independent work style
* Relevant technical support or engineering experience is preferred
