Job Description:
This role involves ensuring the financial and contractual aspects of our projects are managed effectively. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans, conducting cost analysis and risk management, preparing tender and contract documents, evaluating and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress and preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes, proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Requirements:
