Receptionist and Front of House Duties:
* Providing a welcoming, friendly and professional service to residents, families and other visitors
* Managing the front of house reception area in line with GDPR requirements
* Handling queries and complaints through face to face, phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
* Ensuring telephone, email and all other queries and redirect as appropriate ensuring messages are passed on to the relevant people in a timely manner.
* Dealing with admission enquires, setting up admission files. Filing and archiving
* Ordering Supplies
* Assisting with event organizing within the home
Essential:
* Must be proficient in IT.
* Excellent verbal communication
* Good telephone communication etiquette
* Must be organized Customer-focused an active listener and resourceful
* Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
* Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer and the fax machine)
* Fast and eager learner
