15 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, data and measurement, or media.
7 years of experience in people management, with building and leading specialist sales teams.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications: Experience working with and influencing executive-level stakeholders in a structured multinational organization.
Experience in pivoting from high-level strategy to technical knowledge of D&M products and solutions.
Knowledge of the data, measurement, and privacy landscape.

Lead, coach, and develop a Hub team of frontline managers and executive specialists, fostering a culture of sales excellence, AI first ways of working and data and measurement expertise.
Serve as a partner to executive-level customers, advising on specialized data and measurement product insights, capabilities and Google best practices that drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with Country Managers, Product, and Go to Market teams to develop business plans that directly contribute to Google's incremental revenue goals.
Drive AI transformation across the Hub team through the active use of AI-powered sales tooling to enhance productivity and commercial impact.
