Days of Working: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week covering between the hours of 8am-6pm
Working Arrangement: Office based - full time.
JobDescription:· Supervise,support, and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the facilities team· Mentorthe helpdesk team to ensure best practice· Monitorwork quality and provide training or coaching where needed.· Carryout on going training of processes and procedures within the helpdesk team· Monitorthe productivity and accuracy of the helpdesk when dealing with customers andcontractors. · Liaisewith all stakeholders across the FM business and update on any issues etc. · Generatedaily, weekly and monthly reports for analysis. · Instructthe team on their duties to ensure our KPI's are met. · Pointof escalation within the helpdesk for our customers, and colleagues. · Coverhelpdesk duties in the absence of team members when necessary.· Conductperformance reviews, appraisals, and 1:1 check-ins.· Motivatethe team to achieve KPIs and SLAs.RequiredSkills & Experience· Fluentin spoken and written English,· Goodinterpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing toa variety of stakeholders,· Theability to deal with confidential data,· GoodIT skills, knowledge of and the ability to quickly learn. MS Office packages will be required,· Aprofessional and enthusiastic attitude and friendly disposition,· Anability to work on own initiative and to take ownership of the role,· Anability to lead the Helpdesk team in all areas of the business.
