To ensure that guests are warmly and efficiently looked after during their stay. To ensure that effective controls are implemented and adhered to with regard to billing and accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
* To greet the guests on arrival in a warm, welcoming, and friendly manner.
* Check in/out guests effectively ensuring that all details are correct.
* Take reservations via phone and email, as effectively as possible and take messages to respond to guests in a quick manner when busy, at all times in a warm friendly manner.
* Excellent upselling of hotel products and services, maximising all sales opportunities with phone and online bookings.
* Always be well groomed in appearance as per our company grooming standards set out in the company policies.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum of 1 years experience of Guestline hotel management system or similar hotel software is a requirement.
* The ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
* Excellent administrative skills and the ability to use email and CRS booking system is an advantage but not a requirement.
* Good team working skills.
Successful candidates will be required to work mid week and weekends with flexibility to work early or late shifts.
