Night Shift Working Hours:
* Night Shift – Availability for 5 over 7 days working week.
* Ability to work different shift patterns may be required
* Currently Recruiting for 8:30pm to 5:30am shift pattern.
* Shift allowance will apply and rate will be reviewed after 6 months.
The Roles:
* Quality Control Operatives
* Machine & General Operatives
Key Areas of The Role:
* Working on the production lines, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Setting up machines and bagging product.
* Rejecting out-of-specification product.
* Ensuring conformance to specifications.
* Reporting and addressing issues of quality and safety.
* Adhering to HACCP and Health and safety practices at all times.
* Ensuring the workstation is kept in excellent order with regards to housekeeping.
* Using lifting equipment, pallet trucks and/ forklift trucks (not all roles).
* General Factory duties.
* Please note full training with be provided.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous General Operative/ QC experience desirable.
* Full Induction and Training Programme provided.
* Good team work skills.
* Good Communication Skills.
