You will serve as a trusted resource for customers seeking personalized skincare solutions.ResponsibilitiesKey Roles and Responsibilities:Customer Consultation:Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience.Conduct skincare consultations to understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate products.Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product usage, and beauty tips.Product Knowledge:Develop an in-depth knowledge of Pestle and Mortar Skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their specific skincare concerns and preferences.Sales and Customer Engagement:Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for product recommendations.Offer product demonstrations and samples to enhance the shopping experience.Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.Visual Merchandising Support:Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure products are attractively displayed.Assist in maintaining the overall visual presentation of the store.QualificationsQualifications:Passion for skincare and beauty products.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Willingness to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.Previous retail or beauty advisory experience is a plus but not required.
