Business Operations Specialist Role
The Business Operations Specialist will collaborate with the Team Manager to optimize operational efficiency and assume ownership of key responsibilities and objectives.
* Manage daily processing of client cash flow requests by implementing effective controls
* Ensure accurate checks are performed on instructions, execute payments in accordance with established protocols, confirm payment settlements and details, and record all cash-related transactions made on behalf of clients
* Vendor workflow including requesting independent verification & vendor setup on payment platforms
* Collaborate with clients to resolve cash breaks and issues related to payments
Key qualifications include:
* Proven work experience in Business Operations
* Experience in Private Equity and Real Estate is desirable but not essential
* Project management and client interaction skills
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
