A well-established professional services firm is seeking an
Assistant Company Secretary
to join its growing team. The firm works with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, including financial services, funds, technology, and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the maintenance of statutory registers (directors, secretaries, shareholders, beneficial owners)
* Support the preparation and filing of statutory documents with relevant regulatory bodies
* Assist in organising board meetings and AGMs/EGMs, including agenda preparation, circulation of materials, and minute-taking under supervision
* Draft standard resolutions and maintain statutory and minute books
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors, legal advisors, and regulators
* Monitor compliance calendars and assist in tracking statutory filing deadlines
* Support company incorporations, dissolutions, and restructuring activities
* Ensure high ethical standards and adherence to governance best practices
Requirements
* ICSA qualification (or working towards) is an advantage
* 2-3 years' experience in a corporate administration, financial services, or legal environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
