Our client, a well‑established Property Investment company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who wants to deepen their expertise in AP while also gaining valuable exposure to wider finance and business activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of the Accounts Payable function but appreciates the variety that comes with supporting ad‑hoc needs across a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for preparing weekly payment runs.
Processing of all invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Posting of receipts.
Dealing with supplier queries and reconciling statements.
Provide ad‑hoc finance support across the finance team.
Requirements:
Accounting Technician / Accounts Payable Specialist with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience working with accounting packages and software (Yardi).
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage changing priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Pro‑active and experienced working on own initiative in professional office environment.
