Release Train Specialist
A leading organization is seeking a seasoned Release Train Specialist for a 12-month engagement.
* Facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, and system demos to drive value flow using SAFe and related Agile frameworks
* Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment through proactive coordination
* Lead Inspect & Adapt sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to champion Agile best practices across the Agile Release Train (ART)
Ideal Candidate:
* A proven track record as an RTE in complex enterprise environments with a strong understanding of SAFe principles
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without formal authority
* Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira and Rally with experience in facilitating PI Planning and ART syncs
* Able to coach teams and promote Agile best practices within the organization
