A Financial Planning Role for a Wealth Management Firm
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to join our team in Dublin. This role will report to the Head of Financial Planning and play an integral part in the wider Wealth Management Advisory team.
Responsibilities:
* Support Advisers with pre and post-client meeting preparation and administration, including drafting meeting packs, portfolio valuations, and post-meeting notes.
* Assist Directors with effectively managing new client engagements and opportunities through to satisfactory completion.
* Contribute towards client reviews, ensuring investments continue to align with goals and any changes in circumstances, identifying realignment strategies to meet ongoing objectives.
* Attend client meetings with Advisers, where appropriate.
Requirements:
* QFA Certified, CFP or working towards this qualification will be an advantage.
* Minimum of 2-4 years industry experience.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong numerical ability with a high level of attention to detail.
* Demonstrate a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
