The successful candidate can be located in our Maynooth or Cork offices.
Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesStrategic input to the growth and development of the Northern Europe Life Sciences OperationStrategic input to project proposalsOverall responsibility for the delivery of assigned projectTo ensure that all company Health, Safety and Environmental policies are implemented on assigned projectsEnsure assigned projects are completed in accordance with Exyte policies and procedures and client contract requirementsEffective communication with clients, stakeholders and project teamsTo ensure that company procedures are complied with and that relevant information is communicated with project staffTo develop good relationships with the client and potential clients along with their respective advisorsTo work with the VP of Project Delivery to ensure that projects are adequately staffed by suitably qualified and experienced staff and that future needs are identifiedTo maximise the project margin & control costsTo ensure the company is commercially and contractually protected during the project LifecycleTo foster relationships with suitable senior consultants / subcontractor personnelLead by example setting the required standards of behaviour and conduct for the projectCommunicate the Company and Project strategy with the project team ensuring the objectives are met and understoodLiaise with the procurement lead during the tender/negotiation/construction periodManage the programme of worksResponsible for the compliance and delivery for the Project across the Safety, Quality and ProgramShow your expertiseDemonstrated 10+ years professional senior level project experience in the design and/or construction of complex Life Sciences projectsProfessional qualification in a relevant fieldUnderstanding of contract modelsStrong proven commercial ability????:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
