Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the hiring team by collaborating to identify resourcing plans and developing recruitment strategies.
Your New Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the hiring team to plan and execute effective recruitment processes. Your primary responsibility will be to source top talent through various channels including agency partners, social media, job boards, professional networks etc. You are expected to screen candidates conduct interviews manage the selection process build maintain relationships with potential candidates represent company at job fairs/ recruitment events monitor analyse recruitment metrics improve the hiring process.
