:Overview:To be part of the retail team responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting high standards of service to the customer. Reflect the vision and goals associated with Gant UK and the Gant brand.Responsibilities:Ensure the level of customer service given is consistent with the company standards and meets customer needs and expectationsAssist with achieving store KPI targetsAttend training on sales and product knowledge as requiredUse skills and training to generate sales, units/ transactions and average spendReport any misuse or theft of stock to a member of managementReflect the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrate on enthusiasm and passion for the brandFollow visual merchandising principles to ensure that the brand is represented to the highest standards in the storeObserve and conform to all retail policies and proceduresMaintain good standards in Health and Safety and housekeepingQualifications:Previous experience in retail setting is ideal.
