Our organization seeks a part-time administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of pension schemes. This role is based in Kildare and requires an individual with a strong understanding of pension regulations and legislation.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a pensions administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of pension schemes, including processing contributions, updating member records, and handling benefit calculations.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day administration of pension schemes
* Processing contributions and updating member records
* Handling benefit calculations and ensuring scheme compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
* Acting as a point of contact for scheme members, employers, and financial advisors
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
* QFA qualification
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Maintaining relationships with clients and financial institutions
Benefits:

* Working days: 5 mornings or 3 full days (20-25 hours per week)
