About the Role:
As Banqueting Chef, you will oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of all banquet menus, from intimate gatherings to large-scale luxury events.
You will ensure the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency, working closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the banqueting kitchen team in preparing and executing bespoke event menus.
Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Work collaboratively with the events and F&B teams to exceed guest expectations.
Manage stock control, ordering, and costings to ensure profitability.
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Banqueting Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or luxury event setting.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy events calendar.
Passion for creating innovative and memorable dining experiences.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
