We are looking for a driven and ambitious graduate to join our Finance team in Kill, Co. Kildare. This role will support a range of high-impact strategic, analytical, and operational initiatives across the business. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive reporting, financial transformation, and cross-functional collaboration at a divisional level.

Your mission
Support executive meetings by helping with agendas, tracking actions, and summarising key points, while learning how senior decisions are made.
Assist in preparing crisis management reports and performance updates, gaining hands-on experience with data analysis and business continuity planning.
Contribute to finance and reporting projects, developing knowledge in forecasting, risk management, and process improvement.
Provide day-to-day support to the Finance Leadership Team and get involved in cross-functional initiatives, building a broad understanding of strategic finance through on-the-job learning.
Who are we looking for?
* A degree completed within the last year or due for completion in 2025
* Interest in pursuing CIMA or ACCA qualification (sponsorship and support provided)
* Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
* Demonstrated passion for learning and professional growth
* Collaborative team player with strong networking skills
* Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and initiative
