* Refer or escalate calls/queries as appropriate.
* Log all data pertaining to calls/actions on the relevant systems.
* Maintain and build strong relationships with colleagues in Bank of Ireland.
Key Requirements:
* APA loans or QFA qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
