An innovative medical device manufacturer is seeking aSupply Chain Specialistto support material flow, production continuity, and supply chain readiness across operations.This is a key role responsible for MRP execution, supplier coordination, inventory control, and domestic/international logistics. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and R&D, you will help ensure materials are available, compliant, and aligned with demand—while supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and analyse MRP to manage supply, demand, and inventory riskCoordinate suppliers, purchase orders, and delivery schedulesSupport new product introductions from a supply chain perspectiveMonitor supplier performance and resolve supply/quality issuesCoordinate shipments, manage customs documentation, and resolve logistics exceptionsContribute to ERP enhancements, inventory control, and Lean initiativesCommunicate supply risks effectively to cross-functional stakeholdersRequirementsDegree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field2–3 years' supply chain experience in MedTech, pharma, or regulated manufacturingERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle desirable)Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsThis role offers excellent exposure to cross-functional operations, global logistics, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, regulated environment.For further details please contact; Paula O'Reilly on or send CV in confidence to
