The Role

We're seeking an Experienced Business Sales Professional to take full ownership of their own project pipeline — from design-stage consultation through to project delivery.

This is a strategic and hands-on commercial role, ideal for a candidate with construction industry experience who thrives on managing complex projects and long-term relationships.

You will work closely with architects, consultants, and end clients to influence specifications, and later with main contractors, glazing partners, and security integrators to deliver successful installations.

You will effectively run your own section of the business — with full commercial responsibility for your projects, from specification to handover.

It's a challenging but rewarding position that offers autonomy, professional growth, and the satisfaction of seeing your projects realised across Ireland's built environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
* Engage with architects and designers to develop specifications.
* Manage the full sales cycle — from enquiry to contract handover.
* Collaborate with contractors, glazing specialists, and integrators.
* Deliver accurate and professional quotations and technical proposals.
* Maintain detailed records of all sales activity in the CRM system (SAP/C4C).
* Work collaboratively with the technical, project, and service teams.
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales and margin targets.
* Represent Boon Edam Ireland at client meetings and industry events.

About You

* Minimum 3+ years' B2B sales experience, ideally in the construction, automation, or building products sector.
* Proven track record managing your own pipeline and achieving targets.
* Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-driven and commercially minded, with a strong sense of ownership.
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (SAP/C4C) advantageous.
* Full clean driving licence essential.
