Framespace Solutions, a fast-growing modular building manufacturer, is expanding its commercial team. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost planning, commercial management, procurement, and contract administration across residential and modular projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, take-offs, and pricing schedules.Manage project budgets, valuations, forecasting, variations, and reporting.Draft, negotiate, and manage subcontractor/supplier contracts.Lead tender processes, negotiate pricing, and support supply chain development.Collaborate with design, production, logistics, QA, and site teams.Support design optimisation, value engineering, and commercial procedures.RequirementsEssential:Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.Strong QS experience in construction, modular, offsite, or D&B.Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and construction law.Excellent analytical, numerical, and Excel skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively.Full Irish driving licence.Desirable:Chartered (SCSI/RICS) or working toward accreditation.Experience in modular/offsite or MMC environments.Familiarity with ISO 9001.Why Join Us?Rapidly scaling modular construction company.High-impact commercial role with career progression.Exposure to innovative, high-volume modular projects.Opportunity to influence and improve commercial systems.Apply: Please send your CV to
