Group Head of MEP Commissioning Data Centres
Location: Dublin (with travel to the UK & Europe)

Brightpath Recruitment are partnering with an industry leader who deliver landmark projects across Ireland and Europe. They are looking to appoint a Group Head of MEP Commissioning
This is a key role driving excellence across major projects in Ireland, the UK and Europe.
You'll lead the commissioning function across the business, ensuring building systems perform efficiently, safely, and to the highest technical standards. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, lead a talented team and play a central role in the delivery of world-class data centre projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing commissioning team.
* Define and implement a consistent commissioning strategy across all projects.
* Provide technical guidance and assurance from design through to completion.
* Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
* Monitor progress, resources, and budgets to meet programme targets.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in commissioning practices.
Experience & Skills
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Proven track record leading MEP commissioning on large-scale projects, ideally data centres.
* Strong technical knowledge of building services and industry standards.
Experience with BIM or Revit an advantage.
