Job Title:
Senior Product Engineer - Precision Amplifier Group
The Senior Product Engineer will drive the post-silicon phase of product development from first silicon bring-up, through correlation, characterization, qualification, release to manufacturing and throughout the life cycle of the product.

Responsibilities:
* Create and execute test plans against a set of product requirements and specifications.
* Oversee qualification testing of new product and package technologies per Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC) standards.
* Analyze manufacturing statistics to perform correlation analysis between fab process and yield.
* Oversee and interpret failure analysis of yield/process issues utilizing common de-processing techniques.
* Review and implement statistical process controls to identify process deviations involving tool discrepancies.

Qualifications:
* BS or MS degree in EE or ECE or related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Engineer or related discipline.
* Proven track record of leadership and mentorship of young engineers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
