Customer Success Executive (Trainer) – Munster Region

Navi Group, a leader in pharmacy technology solutions, is seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive (Trainer) to join our Munster-based team. This remote role involves extensive travel throughout Munster and occasional visits to other parts of Ireland, delivering in-person training, ongoing support, and customer service to our network of pharmacies.
In this customer-facing position, you will ensure pharmacy staff become confident and productive users of Navi Group's IT platforms. You'll deliver practical training sessions—on-site and occasionally online—catering to staff at all levels. Your goal is to make each session engaging and impactful, ensuring rapid adoption and satisfaction with our systems.
We are searching for candidates with a background in pharmacy retail, ideally with hands-on experience using dispensary, ordering, or EPOS systems. You should be comfortable providing demonstrations, answering product queries, and supporting varied customer needs. A full, clean driving licence is required as the role includes frequent travel, with a company car provided.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing on-site and remote training to pharmacy teams on IT platforms and applications
* Demonstrating product features and answering system queries for customers and prospects
* Supporting sales activities with reference visits and insightful feedback
* Maintaining training records and following up on actions within our Magna (CRM) system
* Assisting with software testing and post-installation support
* Delivering training notes and, occasionally, classroom-style sessions for larger groups
