We are partnering with a leading aircraft leasing platform to hire a VP Contract Management to join their Dublin-based team.This is a broad, commercially focused role working directly with airline customers and internal deal teams across lease management, receivables, and transaction support. The position involves responsibility for lease compliance, airline relationship management, cp and closings together with cross‑functional coordination within a fast‑paced and dynamic aircraft leasing environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage aircraft transaction closings, including CPs and closing processesCoordinate with internal teams, airlines, lenders, legal counsel, tax advisors, insurers, and other stakeholdersManage condition subsequent and post‑closing activitiesOversee lease administration, including invoicing, payments, insurance, security, maintenance reserves, notices, and reportingMonitor compliance with financing agreementsMaintain accurate lease management systems and internal databasesHandle stakeholder queries in line with company standards and protocolsProvide portfolio and project updates through meetings and reportsSupport improvements across tools, systems, and processesAssist with process reviews and operational improvement projectsRepresent the business professionally at meetings and industry eventsRequirementsThird‑level degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplineMinimum 5 years’ experience within contract management in aircraft leasingStrong understanding of aircraft lease agreements and documentationStrong project management and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilityStrong relationship management and stakeholder communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilities
