Reporting into The General Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the entire HR Function across the whole organisation to ensure continual success of the firm whilst availing of a highly-competitive pay and benefits package. What will you do? Construct and implement HR Strategic initiatives and strategies that align with the organisations company vision and goals. Lead on all recruitment activities to ensure the organisation attracts and retains the highest-quality candidates across all organisational departments. Develop and monitor new and existing employee engagement activities and company recognition programs to create and maintain a collaborative, inclusive and positive work culture. Create and modify HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and organisational objectives. Design and execute on delivering training programs that aim to improve employees existing skillsets and career progression opportunities. Modify and review existing current employee remuneration packages to reflect industry changes Act as a specialist HR Advisor to departmental managers and employees on all employee relations issues Conduct HR reporting to monitor levels of retention, recruitment costs and employee engagement What will you receive? € dependent upon experience Early finish- 16:30 each day Discount Leisure Membership Free On-site parking Company exclusive discounts Employee Assistance Program What will you require? Obtained a minimum of 2 years experience at HR Manager level Experienced in managing a team of employees Achieved a HR Degree or a equivalent HR Qualification Preferable to have experience in the Hospitality Industry How to apply?
