About the Role:
Join a close-knit, expert team and take on significant responsibility in diverse funds-related matters. Your responsibilities will include:
 * Fund Formation & Structuring: Advising on various investment funds (private equity, hedge, venture capital, real estate) and appropriate structures (e.g., ICAVs), plus regulatory considerations.
 * Documentation & Compliance: Drafting/reviewing fund documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., AIFMD).
 * Licence Applications: Supporting applications for Central Bank of Ireland authorization for regulated financial services providers.
 * Client Advisory & Transaction Support: Providing strategic guidance on fund governance, operations, and assisting with fund mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
 * Collaboration & Business Development: Working with internal and external stakeholders, actively contributing to know-how and business development.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 1-3 years PQE in financial services or funds.
 * Proven ability in legal research, drafting, and regulatory compliance.
 * Excellent analytical, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
 * Strong commercial acumen and client-focused approach.
