About The Role

EdgeTier is at the forefront of transforming how businesses interact with their customers. We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate our growth and expand our customer base. This is the ideal role for an enthusiastic go‑getter who wants to build a career in tech sales.


What you'll do

* Identify and engage high‑potential customers: Research and prospect potential clients to grow revenue.
* Drive innovative outreach: Develop, launch, and test outbound campaigns using HubSpot and personalized video messaging.
* Nurture leads: Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
* Collaborate with Account Executives: Support demos, sales calls, and the overall sales cycle to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Utilize social networks: Tap into LinkedIn and other platforms to uncover new opportunities and strengthen connections.
* Impact our future: Work closely with senior leadership to refine and execute our sales strategy.


Who you are

* Has 1 to 2 years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
* Experience in a primarily outbound lead generation role.
* Thrives on pushing boundaries and creating innovative outreach methods.
* Excels in researching and personalizing outreach, ensuring each lead feels valued and understood.
* Boasts a track record of success, consistently exceeding targets.
* Is adaptable, self‑motivated, and ready to thrive in a high‑growth start‑up environment.
* Communicates clearly, with strong written and verbal skills.
* Has resilience, a positive attitude, and enjoys working with people.
