Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient execution of duties in support of production operations. Regularly review and update work schedules for machinery and equipment.
* Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment according to established guidelines.
* Maintain internal building systems (electrical, plumbing, compressed air) and oversee installations of new equipment and machinery.
* Collaborate with relevant departments to minimize downtime and execute shutdown planning activities efficiently.
* Coordinate with Production Manager to ensure smooth execution of planned downtimes.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures, ensuring employee well-being.
* Recruit, interview, and hire maintenance team members with the assistance of HR.
* Oversee employee adherence to company policies and procedures, managing disciplinary actions as necessary.
* Manage performance management, training development plans, and employee motivation strategies.
* Manage procurement of parts and supplies required for maintenance activities.
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance function.
