Sycomp is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Administrator
to support and partner with our global Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone early in their TA career who excels at coordination, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and is eager to grow their recruiting and sourcing skills. The TA Administrator will help ensure smooth, efficient hiring operations and a positive experience for all candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruiting Coordination:
* Partner with the TA team to schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate multi-step interview processes across time zones.
* Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders regarding schedules, next steps, and logistics.
* Provide continuous candidate feedback to ensure a smooth experience and overall candidate success throughout the recruitment journey.
* Post job openings across approved platforms when necessary and ensure job descriptions are accurate and up to date.
Screening:
* Work with the TA team to pre-screen and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and internal talent pipelines.
* Conduct initial resume reviews and screening interviews using established guidelines to assess candidate qualifications and role fit.
* Present screened candidates to the TA team or hiring managers with clear notes and recommendations.
Offer & Onboarding Support:
* Support onboarding tasks when necessary to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and a consistent experience across Sycomp's global operations.
Reporting & Administrative Support:
* Collaborate with the TA team to prepare recruiting reports, monitor hiring metrics, and maintain candidate pipelines.
* Assist with documenting processes, updating recruitment materials, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency across all recruitment documentation, systems, and communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, or a related administrative role.
* Experience in a technology or global work environment (preferred).
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to manage scheduling and communication across multiple time zones.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn by partnering closely with the TA team.
