The Role
As part of Fingleton White’s Business Support team, the Quality & Environmental Coordinator will:
* Manage and report on quality‑related activities, processes and procedures.
* Co‑ordinate the QMS ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
* Conduct internal audits and monitor processes for improvement.
* Maintain all quality‑related documentation and conduct periodic audits of the document‑control system.
* Review and manage subcontractor submissions, ensuring quality standards and contractual obligations.
* Monitor environmental activities, coordinate the EMS, and manage ISO 14001 compliance.
* Perform regular quality and environmental audits across offices and projects.
* Follow up audit findings and implement improvements promptly.
The location for this role will be in our Portlaoise office, with travel to other sites as required; we will also consider applications for our Dublin office.
Requirements
* Relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management.
* Proficiency with software systems and a willingness to learn new systems.
* Budgeting experience is advantageous.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Strong interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
