Role Overview:
As a Ad Creative Strategist, you'll script and generate innovative ad concepts (static and video) for client campaigns. Communicate ideas clearly to management and clients, create detailed briefs, manage the creative pipeline, and oversee change requests. Join client calls to report progress and plan new sprints. If you're a strategic thinker with a creative flair, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Copywrite and develop ad concepts for client campaigns
* Clearly articulate ideas to managment, media buying and design teams
* Create detailed briefs for execution
* Manage the creative pipeline and workflow
* Oversee client change requests
* Ensure high-quality creative standards
* Report on progress and plan new sprints with clients
* Stay updated with advertising trends
* Collaborate with media buying, editing, and design teams
* Review performance metrics to optimize future ads
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months of experience as a Creative Strategist, Copywriter, UGC Creator, or similar role
* Expertise in generating static and video ad ideas
* Fluent English writing & communication skills
* Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
* Up-to-date with latest ad creative trends
* Creative mindset and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines
