Responsibilities Deliver high-quality technical support to Irish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical inquiries effectively.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system.
Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements Fluency in Irish and English, both written and spoken.
