Job Role: Risk Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and refining existing organizational systems, procedures, and documentation within Integrated Management Systems.
* Designing and implementing Health and Safety, Quality Management Systems, ensuring effective deployment and integration across the organization.
* Providing comprehensive training to staff members on system usage.
* Regularly monitoring compliance across all active construction sites.
* Conducting thorough audits across multiple sites.
* Preparing and submitting ongoing monthly compliance reports.
* Attending strategic meetings with clients, regulatory authorities, and sub-contractors.
* Investigating incidents and ensuring prompt corrective actions are taken.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor.
* Relevant degree-level qualifications in HSE or equivalent experience.
* The ability to influence decision-makers at all levels to achieve optimal outcomes for the organization.
* Holder of a full clean European driver's license and means of transportation to fulfill job responsibilities.
