J Donohoe BMW is looking to add a Parts Advisor to our existing professional team.
This position is ideally suited to an experienced Parts Advisor, although candidates with strong customer service skills will also be considered, as full training will be provided.
Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and courteous service to retail and trade customers, as well as supporting the workshop and technical team.
You will also play a key role in the handling and coordination of parts deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Providing expert advice to retail and trade customers on a wide range of parts, including engine components, wheels, tyres, and air conditioning systems Supporting the workshop and technical team with accurate parts identification and supply Managing and processing parts orders, handling deliveries, and ensuring stock is received and distributed correctly Maintaining excellent communication with colleagues across departments Following established procedures while consistently delivering exceptional customer service Taking pride in the quality of both the parts supplied and the service provided About You: Experience in the retail motor industry is desirable but not essential Ability to plan ahead and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive and professional approach to customer service Experience with CDK Drive dealer software would be an advantage Training Development: As you would expect from BMW, training is industry-leading and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy.
