Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a stand-alone HR Manager to join our newly formed HPO business. HPO is a specialist division providing neurodiversity and mental health services to the public and private sector across Ireland. The role involves implementing structures and processes for this new business, collaborating closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to develop and implement strategic business processes, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Hold strategic accountability and oversight for talent acquisition across Ireland and internationally, ensuring the recruitment function aligns with organisational goals and workforce planning needs
* Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping establish and understand their objectives and provide HR solutions that contribute to the achievement of business goals
* Build and drive structures and processes for the HR function set-up within this business, including performance management processes, talent development, and succession planning
* Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive
Requirements
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager with at least 5+ years experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR systems and processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required.
