Production Operations Lead
The Production Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational activities associated with Dryer 2, ensuring seamless and efficient processing while adhering to established safety protocols.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing strategies to optimize manufacturing output and drive continuous improvement initiatives
2. Establishing effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Maintenance, and Technical Services departments
3. Implementing lean tools to resolve production-related issues, focusing on health and safety, quality, and productivity enhancements
4. Identifying and mitigating capacity constraints through strategic initiatives and projects
Requirements for this role include:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a Technical discipline, preferably Food Sciences or Engineering
* Experience in a production leadership position, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
