Our Legal Governance team is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support the Company Secretarial function. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating Board and Committee meetings, maintaining statutory registers, and liaising with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting Coordination: Assist in preparing agendas, meeting packs, and taking minutes during Board and Committee meetings.
* Register Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of statutory registers, delegated signatory lists, and Power of Attorney records.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to internal queries related to KYC and governance, and engage with senior stakeholders as required.
* CORporate Projects: Participate in projects such as liquidations and intra-group transfers, providing administrative support as needed.
* Liaison: Collaborate with external legal firms, notaries, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
* Data Integrity: Verify and maintain data accuracy across governance systems and databases.
What We're Looking For:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a professional services firm or in-house company secretarial team.
* Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Board and Committee processes, including minute drafting and review.
* Skill Set: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
* Qualifications: Working towards or holding CGI (Chartered Governance Institute) qualifications is advantageous.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel between Belfast and London as required.
