The BIM Coordinator will manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. Daily tasks include creating and maintaining BIM models, ensuring proper collaboration between project teams, and addressing design-related issues. The role also involves reviewing architectural and MEP documentation to ensure adherence to project specifications and assisting in driving project efficiency through effective BIM practices. The candidate will liaise with project managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.QualificationsProficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologiesKnowledge of architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsExperience in Project Management within the construction or related industriesFamiliarity with virtual and digital construction processes and toolsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and team collaboration skillsEducational background in engineering, architecture, or a related field preferredExperience with sustainable construction practices and project delivery is considered an asset
