The firm's Debt Finance team is seeking to expand with the addition of an associate. This dynamic and innovative practice advises leading domestic and international clients on various financial matters.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a strong background in banking or finance law (leveraged, corporate or real estate) with at least one year of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Candidates will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality deals across acquisition/leveraged finance, investment-grade lending, syndicated lending, real estate finance and fund finance.
They will also contribute to advising on refinancing transactions that align with the firm's goals and objectives.
