Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waterford for a Multi-Function Office & Operations Support professional. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, managing office operations, supporting customer service, assisting with accounting tasks, and fostering efficient communication within the office. The role also involves supporting day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication to effectively coordinate with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to support operational needs and ensure organizational efficiency.
* Experience in Customer Service to provide exceptional support to our clients and address their needs effectively.
* Basic Accounting skills to manage financial tasks and assist in bookkeeping or reporting activities.
* Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
* Proficiency in common office software and tools is advantageous.
* Previous experience in a similar role or relevant professional background is a plus.
