We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* To assist customers with their queries, resolve any issues promptly, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
* To maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising displays, stock levels, and general housekeeping tasks.
* To process sales transactions efficiently and accurately while handling cash/credit card payments or operating the EPOS system.
/li-To provide administrative support to the Shop Manager as required, such as answering phone calls.
