Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our store operations and drive sales performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store activities, including sales, staff management, customer experience, security, health & safety, stock management and resource allocation.
* Manage all aspects of store operations including sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Recruit, train and manage a high-performing team in line with company policies.
* Ensure excellent Visual Merchandising standards throughout the store to engage customers.
