Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office by overseeing administrative processes, managing office facilities and supporting leadership in delivering a professional and well-organized workplace. The role requires strong leadership, organizational expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
* Supervise and support administrative reception staff.
* Coordinate procurement of and maintenance of office supplies and equipment in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and building management.
* Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and health & safety compliance.
* Support HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding.
* Organize company meetings.
* Develop and implement office polices, procedures and workflows.
* Monitor and manage office budgets, invoices and expense reporting for office related costs.
* Act as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in office management within a corporate services environment.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
