About the role:We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Head of Operations to lead the execution of unforgettable event experiences from concept to completion. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and the internal team to make sure every event exceeds expectations. This role is hands on in a fast paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Client & Project Management:Interpret client briefs and build strong, collaborative relationshipsContinuously liaise with clients to develop and refine event plansUnderstand client brands and deliver aligned solutionsEvent Planning & Execution:Plan and manage live, virtual, and hybrid eventsSource and contract hotels, venues and suppliersLead event design: mood boards, creative decks, venue dressingProduce event documents: CPAs, production schedules, running orders, staff schedulesEnsure legal, insurance, health & safety complianceOversee on-site execution and post-event debriefsOperations & Logistics:Manage budgets, billing, contracts, and negotiationsCoordinate logistics, infrastructure, and supplier deliveryTroubleshoot and ensure smooth event delivery, on-time and within budgetOversee event setup and breakdownTeam & Business Development:Brief, lead and support internal staffBring creative ideas to the table for new projectsSupport business growth and identify new opportunitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 5 year of industry experienceFull clean driving licenseExcellent communication and presentation skillsExceptional attention to detail and customer service focusComfortable working in a high-paced, team-oriented environmentBenefits:Competitive salaryDay off on your birthdayOffice social eventsCompany phone and laptop providedInterested?Please send your CV and cover letter to We look forward to hearing from you
